Throughout all generations and to this very day, the royal house of Georgia, namely the house of Bagrationi, later Bagrationi-Gruzinski, has demonstrated unwavering commitment to the well-being, unity and prosperity of the Georgian people. Through history and the arts, among other expressions of the greatness of Georgian culture, the Royal family continues to work tirelessly to make an ongoing contribution to what was once, is, and ever shall be a universally-admired kingdom, based on the principles and ideals of the Orthodox Christian faith, democracy and human rights.
